SMART PLAZA – is a loyalty system of Dostyk Plaza Shopping Mall. Loyalty program offers opportunities for getting bonuses on each purchase on your account in Smart Plaza application. You can pay bonuses in more than 100 Dostyk Plaza stores and also you can purchase tickets in Cinemax and pay for parking in Dostyk Plaza.

Get bonuses on each purchase in Shopping Mall
Spend bonuses with Partners
Pay for parking through the application, either by bonuses or by payment card
Purchase tickets in cinema in online mode, without any queues and cash desk
Learn firsthand of special discounts, offers and sales promotions
Solve any issue applying to support service

You can get bonuses by three methods:

Show your QR-code when purchasing from the Partner
When buying not from the Partner, load the check
by hand
When buying in gal*mart supermarket, scan QR-code on the check.

How you can spend your bonuses:

Choose your QR-code in Bonus section and show it to the cashier; your bonuses will be written off automatically.
For gal*mart supermarket, you will need to exchange your bonuses for a certificate at the reception desk of the Shopping Mall. And then you can pay for purchases through the cash desk of the supermarket using such certificate.
